Desert Hills Private Road
Valor Pavement constructed a new private roadway in Desert Hills, AZ, handling grading, aggregate base course installation, and asphalt paving from raw desert terrain to finished surface.
This roadway was a ground-up installation through undeveloped Sonoran Desert terrain in northern Maricopa County. No existing pavement or prepared surface was in place. Valor Pavement managed the full scope of construction.
Our crew graded the roadway alignment to establish proper drainage and a stable subgrade, then imported and compacted aggregate base course (ABC) to build a foundation engineered to support vehicle loads and resist settling. With the base compacted to specification, we laid the finished asphalt surface in a continuous pass using owned paving equipment, compacting with steel-drum rollers to achieve a dense, uniform mat.
The completed road runs through native desert landscape with clean edges against the surrounding terrain. Valor managed grading, base installation, and paving with a single crew, keeping the project on schedule from subgrade to final surface.
