Cave Creek
This project included removal and pulverization of existing asphalt, installing 4″ of ABC and compacting, and then paving the road at 3″.
This residential roadway rehabilitation project in Phoenix, AZ was completed for a local property management group overseeing community infrastructure. The scope included the complete removal and pulverization of the existing asphalt, followed by grading and the installation of a 4-inch aggregate base course (ABC), ensuring long-term stability for the new surface.
Once the base was properly compacted, our team completed the project by installing 3 inches of new asphalt, providing a clean, high-performing finish designed to handle consistent vehicle traffic and Arizona’s heat. By managing each phase in-house—from excavation to final paving—we delivered a smooth, lasting solution tailored to the property’s long-term needs.
