The drive-through carried the heaviest traffic on the property, and a previous contractor had left the work unfinished. Valor assessed the surface before quoting and traced the damage to open cracks running through the drive-through lane. That lane is where braking, turning, and idling vehicles concentrate load, and it fails first. The pavement underneath was structurally sound, so the correct scope was preservation rather than replacement. Our crew cleaned and sealed the cracks, then applied sealcoat across the drive-through and the customer parking lot. Restriping followed, restoring the stall lines and directional markings the traffic pattern depends on. Every phase ran outside business hours, so the restaurant served customers through the entire project. The lot opened each morning on a sealed, striped surface with no interruption to business.
